Sizzle Korean BBQ has been the top leading Korean BBQ Restaurants in the Valley since 2016. We are looking for experienced and capable servers that are able to mulitask with servicing guest to the highest standards along with the capability of cooking tableside. At Sizzle, we specialize in quality of meat, so servers are required to excecute proper cooking procedures of cooking korean bbq and full knowledge of the menu. Bar experience is preferred as well but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
- Operate and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with advance food preparation tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
