We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist/PTA to join our pediatric multidisciplinary team! As a Physical Therapist/PTA, you will play a crucial role in helping clients meet developmental milestones and improve their overall physical well-being. Responsibilities:
- Perform initial client evaluations (PT) to assess their condition and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and research
Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist/PTA
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not required
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans/interventions
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and adjust treatment plans as needed
