Our Irvine office is currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator who not only can handle various sales administrative tasks but also seeks to contribute and excel in growth within the company. This candidate will be responsible for keeping track of our Life Insurance Department and its sales agents. Some tasks will include, managing agents pipeline and sales, analyzing and creating sales reports, assiting with agents licensing, and overall be the main point of contact to our carriers. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, be able to problem-solve instant issues, and overall have great energy and presence in their role!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving their targets
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
-Assist with carrier meetings and be the main point of contact
-Will oversee licensing aspect of agents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
-Background in Life Insurance
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in account management or business development is preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
