We are currently recruiting for our Kokomo Buyers Market STORE MANAGER position in the Southway Plaza!

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive, and profitable operation are achieved.
This position is also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both respect and growth into the day-to-day operations.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Selection and training of all key managers
- Oversight and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Performing or following-up on all delegated tasks while leading by example
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Retail management experience
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Good decision-making abilities
In addition to the annual salary, the Store Manager is entitled to the following benefits:
- Up to $100 in performance based weekly bonus payable monthly

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
