Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative skills, with experience in office management and calendar management.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Perform some clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge with Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
