Looking for a dependable, detail oriented Office Assistant to help with the organization and daily office operational needs within a small, but busy company.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to work well as part of a team and have excellent Customer Service skills. Organizational and Time Management skills needed, as well as excellent written + verbal communication skills.
Required hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
Position responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Filing
Processing + posting payments
Scheduling appointments using Outlook calendar
Handling basic customer inquiries
Setting up/modifying customer accounts as needed
Other clerical work as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
