**Responsibilities:**
- Assist and support the owner in both business and personal areas.
- Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements and speaking engagements.
- Maintain database management systems.
- Screen and direct phone calls, handle correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Support multiple agents with various tasks.
- Assist clients, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Track expenses and create budgets.
- Assist with lead management and marketing.
- Aid clients through the closing process.
- Assist in hiring, training, and accountability of team members.
- Embrace checklists and "to do" lists with enthusiasm.
**Real Estate Marketing Tasks:**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for listings, business, and the team.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and online listings.
- Manage social media platforms to promote properties and engage with potential clients.
- Organize and host open houses and other promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with agents to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
**Qualifications:**
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Compass Systems. InDesign a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- College degree and social media experience preferred.
**Requirements:**
- College Degree or equivalent.
- Real Estate License.
- 5 plus years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to handle strong personalities.
- Must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
**Compensation:**
- Salary Range: Competitive.
- Bonuses considered after a 60-day period.
