Sourdough Production Assistant
IZOLA is looking to hire driven individuals who are passionate about food, baking, and creating AMAZING customer experiences. We serve our croissants and sourdough hot-from-the-oven all day long. For this role, we are seeking a team member to assist with our sourdough production, which will include shaping loaves, maintaining the kitchen and production equipment, preparing the sourdough amendments and scaling our dry ingredients.

Part-time with flexible availability required, including weekends. Opportunity to grow into full-time.
** Please note that we are currently renovating the bakery and our target re-opening date is mid-June (dependent on construction progress and permits). We'll begin training immediately, but the full shift schedule will not begin until we're back open, so flexibility on timing is needed. Thank you! **

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
