Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will drive the sales efforts of our new cloud healthcare products. You will engage in outbound + inbound focused sales and marketing efforts to potential clients. You develop and manage your own sales pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations. Leads are provided by a variety of marketing efforts, existing client upgrades, and our lead development team.
Rate:
Hourly position of $15.00 as well as commission plan. (NO COMMISSION CAP)
Sales agents commission average between $1,000-$3,000 additional monthly income on top of hourly. Top sales agents see $4,000+ Additional monthly income.
Schedule:
Set Schedule for Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm PST and 10am-6:30pm EST.
There will be one week of initial paid training with the same schedule.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fielding inbound + Outbound calls.
- Initiating contact with leads via phone calls and email to qualify, present our product, and close a sale.
- Managing the sales process from lead to close.
- Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).
- Identifying, qualifying & maximizing sales opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts
- Executing Consensus' sales methodology to investigate and identify customers’ needs and determine solutions.
- Achieving monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- (Required) Minimum of three years of sales experience.
- Salesforce experience and or comparable CRM
- Knowledge and experience with Excel.
- Experience with Zoom or a comparable video call platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email.
- You must be competitive, organized, self-motivated, and have a desire for career advancement.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings.
- Experience delivering web presentations to individuals as well as groups at the management and executive level.

- Webcam meetings are required during training and other meetings.
