Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and efficiently repair devices.
- Provide customers with clear recommendations and pricing estimates.
- Effectively communicate complex technical issues in a simple, understandable manner.
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed CPR's high-quality standards.
- Deliver superior customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer information and real-time repair status using the point of sale system.
- Manage store inventory and safeguard store stock.
- Create a positive work environment by greeting customers warmly and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Handle incoming phone calls to the store with professionalism and friendliness.
- Uphold store cleanliness and professional appearance standards.

Pay Rate: Pay is based on experience and performance, offering a competitive base hourly wage with additional opportunities for tips, commissions, and bonuses. On average, total compensation ranges from $13 to $18 per hour, with top performers earning $18 to $25 per hour. Commissions are applicable to all transactions from day one, with no waiting period. Upon completing the necessary CPR, Samsung, Apple, and Wise certifications, you will be eligible for a typically day 90 hourly raise.
