She was the only one to run the website, create new product, cut the fabric, later on embroider the fabric, bind the fabric and ship the item to its rightful home. We have been I business since 2011 and are finally ready to take more advantage of social media. We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. You will also be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand identity
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
- Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and interests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on social media activities
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in social media
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role would be huge plus
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)
- Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
