Job Overview
As a lead installer you are the leader of your install team. Once instruction has been given to you by our Install manager, you are responsible for instructing your team members and executing a professional install job. You will work hands on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. It is your job to make sure the installation is done properly, safely, and to the high standards of Countryside all while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
- Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home
- Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
- Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
- Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follows standard procedures and processes to ensure that the job progression stays on time and able to instruct laborer/helpers. Qualifications
- 2yr + HVAC installation experience in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Be able to following OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
- Must provide basic hand tools
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods of time, walking and climbing ladders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work variable hours when project requires
- Willingness to arrive on time and show motivation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
