Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals with an active real estate sales license in Arizona to join our team as Real Estate Sales Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for high-level negotiations, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to our positive, growth-focused culture.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-level negotiations to facilitate successful real estate transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying and selling process.
- Hold an active sales license for Real Estate in Arizona.
- Commit to ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
- Host weekly open houses to showcase properties and engage with potential buyers.
- Manage leads in a sales funnel system, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of relationships.
- Actively participate in company events and initiatives to foster community engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage multiple tasks with ease, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and exceed targets.

Requirements:
