We specialize in supplying high-quality brake components to wholesale distributors (WDs) who serve the auto repair industry. DFC is seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers for multiple territories across the United States. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in your region. You will work directly with wholesale distributors and independent sales agencies to enhance sales, manage product changeovers, and provide exceptional support and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers in the automotive wholesale industry.
- Analyze customer data to recommend optimal inventory and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct gap analysis and facilitate the interchange of competitor parts to DFC parts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets through effective territory management.
- Provide technical training, customer support, and business analytics.
- Manage and coordinate the changeover of competitive product lines to DFC products.
- Organize and participate in customer events, both live and virtually.
- Train and support wholesale distributor and store associates on DFC product lines.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to maximize account productivity and rep agency effectiveness.
- Maintain high availability and responsiveness, reflecting the company's entrepreneurial ethos.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail, with a strong preference for candidates with traditional wholesale experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and adept at conducting internet research.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conducting presentations and training in various settings.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced changes.
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management and strategic planning.
