Construction Administrative Assistant
This position will provide support to Sales Department.
· Process bids, proposals, contracts, warranty letters and change orders.
· Manage and fulfill Certificate of Insurance (COIs) requests.
· Develop and maintain an electronic and physical filing system.
· Coordinate and track projects via excel and client portals.
· Prepare communications, such as emails and reports, on behalf of the Company.
· Manage Bid request and timelines.
Qualifications
· 3 years of experience in construction industry. (Plumbing experience is a plus).
· Dependable, strong work ethic, self-motivated, goal oriented, and resourceful.
· Fast learner who seeks constructive feedback for continual improvement.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Knowledge of Project Management Software is a plus.
· Must be organized and details oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
