Qualifications:

.• Minimum 1 year previous McDonald’s / Assistant/ Hourly Shift Management experience.
- The ability to create a fast pleasant environment for guests.
- Daily hands on person, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
- Managing staff throughout their shift and providing feedback.
- Handling customer feedback positively and promoting return business.
Store Managers: Must be Hamburger University Graduates: Job Responsibilities
Proficient in P and L"s, scheduling, inventory, hiring and retention
Work to build sales and customer retention while training your team to focus on the same
Develop and train crew and managers daily to achieve company specified targets
Department Managers:Job Responsibilities: You will work within a management team under the direct supervision of your Store Manager to cohesively achieve excellence in customer service and sales building.
- Aid the Store Manager in managing crew on a daily basis, while placing emphasis on customer service and driving sales.
- Supporting the Store Manager in implementation of restaurant systems and continue to maintain these systems effectively.
Hourly Shift Managers:Job Responsibilities: Working with your management team to achieve goals and targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Aid the Upper management Team in providing excellent customer service.
- Work with Upper Management Team in training new team members.
