Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Utilize various teaching methods to ensure all students have a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum
- Manage classroom activities and create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administration
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning outcomes
Skills:
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with elementary school students in an educational setting
- Ability to educate and inspire young learners
- Knowledge of learning technology to enhance teaching methods
- Familiarity with library services and educational resources
- Experience in education administration is a plus
- Ability to proofread and evaluate student work effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,070.00 - $55,355.00 per year
