Job Title: Receptionist /Call Center Representative
Reports to: Office Manager
Job Summary:
The Client Service Representative will schedule the majority of the procedures and appointments, take pharmacy refill requests, answer client questions and direct client concerns to the Office Manager or Veterinarian.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and surgery procedures
- Communicate information from doctors to clients and vice versa
- Prepare all appointment files for the week
- Forward calls to the appropriate areas in the clinic
§-Take pharmacy refill requests
- Process ‘needs work’ files
- Scan files into computer and patient files (if applicable)
- Communicate with the Technician Assistant Coordinator and Lead Receptionist on a regular basis.

Education and Experience:
At least one years related experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
