Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Membership Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, sales-driven, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, selling memberships, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the cleanliness of our club.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels to book appointments and tours of the facility.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into membership sales, providing information on membership options, benefits, and promotions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including membership sales goals and appointment booking metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized club environment by performing general cleaning tasks, such as equipment wipe-downs, floor sweeping, and restroom maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive membership sales and increase club visibility in the community.
- Stay informed about current fitness trends, membership offerings, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the value of Anytime Fitness memberships.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with potential leads and build rapport.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a willingness to learn about Anytime Fitness memberships and offerings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member appointments and club operations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized club environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
