Role
Our North Bay branch is looking for an energetic, flexible, and motivated go-getter to fill the position of Production Assistant for our San Rafael office team. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional attention to detail, who is extremely organized, and excited to work and grow with an industry-leading company.
This position is in our San Rafael, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of permit submission timelines and recruitment goals to ensure deadlines are met consistently.
- Communicate daily with supervisors and managers to understand recruiting needs, updates on pending and completed interviews, and next steps.
- Accurately input, update and maintain project and candidate information on multiple platforms.
- Review, submit, and receive permits for cities and counties we have projects in.
- Work with managers to understand requirements in each role and coordinate hiring activities accordingly.
- Ensure any issues are quickly and efficiently addressed.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the back office of a construction company.
- Outstanding communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong organization, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; including an ability to take information and direction from a variety of internal and external sources and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Previous experience working with city and county building departments.
- Previous experience working with subcontractors or working in other recruiting-related roles.
- Experience with web-based products such as Salesforce, BuilderTrend, G-Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
