Director of Information Technology
The Director of Information Technology is accountable for directing all Information Technology functions at the Company, including data integrity of electronic books and records, data centers, technical service centers, help desks, communication networks (voice and data), computer program development, and computer systems operations. Oversees the Information Technology department, with responsibilities including hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Through the development, implementation, management, and enhancement of technology and people, the incumbent will ensure that systems capabilities and employees are responsive to the needs of internal and external customer satisfaction, company growth, and changing company objectives.
