- The job. What you will be doing as a Warehouse Team Member, Cold Storage:
- The Warehouse Team Member, Dry Ice manufcturing, is responsible for operating a forklift or other powered industrial truck for the purpose of receiving, shipping, picking , moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the safe and efficient use of the vehicle. The Warehouse Team Member is also responsible for order selection and checking as the need dictates.
- What you need to land this awesome job:
- Education: High School (GED)
- Experience:
- Forklift experience preferred
- Food Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- License or Certification: Forklift certification preferred
- Travel requirements: N/A
- Minimum Physical requirements:
- Heavy lifting – lifting of 50 pounds or more
- Able to stand for long periods of time (over 6 hours)
- Must be able to endure loud warehouse noises and have accurate vision to work in a warehouse environment

- A day in the life (but not limited to):
- Exemplify all core values and guiding principles of RLS Logistics
- Unload empty bins from trailer
- Load full bins onto trailer
- Receive ice into the WMS
- manage spare parts inventory
- Manage consumable inventory

- Shift: 3 - 12 hour days to start Sun, Mon, Tues 6am - 6pm. Will move to 4 - 10 hour days Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues within a few months of start
- Pay: Pay Range DOQ - $21 - 23/hour

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
