Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
- Explain our services, promotions and other amenities
- Register members and monitor waitlists
- Learn our membership management software
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with reservations and seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and escalate to management as necessary
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a host/host or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
