The Account Relationship Coordinator role requires a a 'go getter' personality who eagerly accepts challenges, initiates problem solving, has an extremely high level of attention to detail and is comfortable with new technologies to manage several client accounts. You must be an energetic, long-term minded candidate who is capable of multitasking and has a strong desire to learn. Position has opportunity for growth for the right individual. This is a tobacco/drug free work environment and will be subject to random drug tests.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have a minimum of three years’ experience in an customer service role
- Must have a minimum of three years’ experience using Microsoft Excel
- Must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in college
- Must be able to type a minimum of 55 words per minute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a professional business demeanor and work calmly under pressure
- Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis in Excel and exceptional math skills required
- Must possess and maintain a great attendance record
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
- High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with difficult clients and vendors
- Ability to adapt to change seamlessly
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Familiarity with E-Quantum, Sage, Zoho CRM, or Storefront/Four51/Sitecore a plus
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients facilitating all aspects of account management
- Respond to new product requests and cross-sell/upsell when appropriate
- Assist with Project Management and new initiatives for clients
- Send RFQ’s and negotiate with vendors
- Communicate custom item specifications to clients and plants
- Communicate copy and design information to appropriate departments
- Communicating proof and designs with clients
- Enter orders into the ERP system and following the order through the supply chain to the final invoicing process
- Ability to work with various levels within the organization including sales and management
- Provide support to the sales team and clients while keeping project moving efficiently through production
- Clarify project questions with sales and/or client when the project is submitted and throughout production
- Work directly with sales and marketing team preparing estimates and proposals
- Manage inventory levels for in stock products
- Effectively communicate with clients and provide solutions for client inquiries
- Ability to work effectively in an extremely fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to independently problem-solve effectively
- Need excellent listening skills and superior written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively use new technologies and have the ability to learn new applications
- Demonstrate a passion for our brand and client’s needs

Pay: $58,240.00 - $74,880.00 per year
