Job Summary:
Disclaimer: You must have extensive experience operating a Rotator. No exceptions will be made and applicants will be tested in person on their ability to run a rotator prior to an offer of employment.
This position will be viewed as the head of heavy duty towing operations with the specific responsibility of being the go-to Heavy Duty Rotator operator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the exclusive Highway Contracts and Highway Rotations (Note you will be expected to be first or second on scene at any hour of the day/night unless on vacation)
- Manage daily operations of heavy duty towing staff
- Coordinate and oversee heavy duty vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections (We have in house mechanics so this should be pretty hands off)
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members on technical issues and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in the heavy duty towing industry
- CDL Class A with a clean driving record
- 3+ years or more operating a rotator
