```Duties```
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process. Your attention to detail, legal research abilities, and strong organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring the success of our cases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research using various resources, including Lexis-Nexis and other online databases
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain case files and documents using document management systems
- Coordinate with external parties, such as opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses
- Assist in trial preparation, including drafting trial exhibits and witness lists
- Review and summarize deposition transcripts and other discovery materials
- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients regarding case updates
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
