Next Step Coaching & Counseling is seeking an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our coaching and counseling services. You'll oversee organizational process, streamline operations, and maintain high-quality standards. Your strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in driving efficiency and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- The Manager of Operations serves as a key role in Next Step Coaching & Counseling‘s leadership team and is accountable for the day-to-day operations, including existing platforms and newly acquired businesses, as well as analyzing and reporting regional financial performance.
- Ensure organization and smooth flow of the office. Including providing suggestions for systems or processes to improve functioning of operations.
- Operate as executive assistant to the owners.
- Oversee, ensure accuracy of an assist as needed with all office functions, including client relations, scheduling of therapist and behavioral assistants, ensure accurate documentation (client notes) of client account activity is updated by therapist and behavioral assistants.
- Ensure that billing staff submits electronic claims daily and follows up as needed for correct claim processing to ensure accurate payments are received.
- Responsible for supporting a platform of practices and managing contract licensed therapist and behavioral assistants, and administration staff.
- Ensure all records and updated and maintained to meet all regulator agencies requirements.
- Coordinate monthly meetings and ongoing training for staff and contractors.
- Interview and hire new staff.
- Lead the hiring and training of Licensed Therapist, Behavioral Assistants and other staff member.
- Monitor and approve time cards,
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state and local regulations.
- Other business related administrative duties as required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
