JOB FUNCTION SUMMARY:
1. Outbound happy calls following up with prior services
2. Answer and schedule service appointments from inbound calls
2. Following up on prior service visits offering all products and services
3. Follow-up on open estimates
4. Happy calls ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Address customer questions and concerns
6. Request customer referrals
7. Update existing customer account information
8. Create new customer accounts
9. Schedule all service, repair, and estimates
10. Assist with customer service phone support as required
11. Perform miscellaneous office tasks as required
JOB DUTIES:
Hours
· Monday-Saturday, flexible as agreed
· 8am to 5pm, flexible hours as agreed upon
· Busy season hours may require overtime
· Follow-up on all open quotes, including residential & commercial customers for service, repairs, & equipment
· Happy calls ensuring complete customer satisfaction... do whatever it takes
· Address customer questions & concerns to complete satisfaction
· Ask for customer referrals with all applicable customer contact
· Update existing customer account information during every customer interactions
· Create new customer accounts
· Schedule all service, repair, & estimates in coordination with dispatch & schedule availability
· Assist with customer service phone support as required

This position, as all positions at Champion Services, are always changing. New assignments may be added and existing assignments revised at any time.
