No experience required. We will train. Accounting or related major is required.
Duties include assisting with issuing checks, payments, and distributions of client settlements. Other responsibilities include:
- Auditing payments, distributions
- Tracking providers to 1099
- Calculating fees
- Tracking and entering payments/fees into our system
- Auditing other employees work, checking for mistakes in calculations and fixing them
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
- Bookkeeper experience is a plus
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Ability to be organized
- Very good with math and numbers
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner
- Willing to work 40 hours per week, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday, Full time, in office)
