```Duties```
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Promote and upsell products or services, such as wireless plans or technology accessories.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
