Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for AR/AP daily, weekly and monthly processes.
Duties:
- Submit customer invoices
- Post customer payments
- Enter vendor invoices for billing
- Filing
- Additional clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Associates in Accounting is required
- Previous experience using Peachtree/Sage 50 accounting is a plus
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Detail oriented and highly organized
