As we continue driving company growth, we are looking to add a Salesforce admin to our revenue operations team who will help us elevate our ability to execute our projects more quickly. This role will be responsible for user story development, prototyping, process design, testing, and supporting integrations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage system configuration in collaboration with the revenue operations manager.

Create flows, validation rules, email alerts, price books, discount tiers, discount schedules, and any other essentials in Salesforce. Test functionality with the revenue operations manager and other key stakeholders.

Troubleshoot problems as needed in a timely manner. Support the sales, SDR, marketing, customer success, and solution delivery teams. Open and respond to any needed support cases throughout our tech stack.

Maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce. Clean up duplicate records quarterly. Use DataLoader and Plauti as needed.

Assist with integration management across our tech stack.

Update and create reports and dashboards.

Work in the project management system to set up and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are being met.

Collaborate with the marketing operations manager as needed.

Communicate often and employ a team player attitude that makes others enjoy working with you and the RevOps team.
