Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and capable Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient operations of the front office and providing exceptional first impressions. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area, handle office tasks, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive company image.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Manage calendar appointments, meeting room availability, and event coordination.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Handle everyday office tasks including mail distribution and responding to emails.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
- Execute banking errands, post office visits, and other external tasks as needed.
- Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Associate, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong communication and people skills with an empathetic approach.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Must be capable of running errands and performing physical tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Comfortable using office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.42 per hour
