We are looking for a Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The position involves working closely with the Team Leader and Director of Operations. An ideal candidate will be pro-active, have exceptional attention to detail, initiative, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating, organizing, and confirming broker’s schedule/appointments and buyer tours
- Assist the director of operations with compiling board packages for sales and rentals
- Assist the director of operations with team transactions and any related tasks
- Managing team leader's calendar with personal & business appointments
- Managing showing requests and booking appointments
- Maintain and create mailing lists
- Tracking & maintaining google sheet with all inquiries and leads
- Tracking showings on visitor log along with feedback
- Adding/updating new contacts to the team leader's database
- Assist team leader with personal tasks, expenses, and purchases
- Coordinate travel for team leader and team members
- Coordinate client gifts and holiday gift project
- Be familiar with each property’s listing details and showing instructions
- Assist with coordinating Open Houses with property managers and sellers
- Handle extremely confidential and proprietary information with the utmost discretion
