Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: AVP of Business Development
Status: Part Time Employment – 15 Hours Per Week – 9:00 a.m. - 12 p.m., M-F, In Office
Salary/Bonus Structure: $20.00 Per Hour

A Day in the Life at ANSWERS™ - Must Have Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be self-motivated to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Must be willing to report to our Leesport, PA office Monday through Friday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be empathetic and have a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to communicate with customers and retailers through email and social media platforms.
- Ability to answer questions and concerns with science-based, numerical data and information.
- Ability to educate customers on transition into raw feeding, proper use of our products and the advantages of feeding Answers’ meals and treats.
- Ability and confidence to appropriately respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms.
- Become well-versed in the science and ideology behind our products and share that with our pet-loving community.
- Ability to generate new ideas on how to best serve customers.
- Must communicate with manager on customer service issues on a weekly basis.
- Must be passionate about pets and motivated to be an advocate for the raw pet food category.
- Positively impact the image of the company.
Onboarding Process:
- Hired candidates will receive detailed training on the raw category and ANSWERS™ entire product line – focusing on features and benefits.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in related fields.
