Rosie's Kitchen Manager is responsible for help run the daily operations of the kitchen, which include but are not limited to, hiring, training, inventory, ordering, and overall cleanliness of the kitchen. He or she must maintain control of the kitchen and the people who work there so that the food that leaves the kitchen meets the requirements of the restaurant. The Kitchen Manager serves as a role model and mentor to the chefs, and must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. He or she is responsible for the hiring and training of all kitchen staff, as well as promoting and encouraging a positive attitude and strong work ethic throughout the restaurant.

We offer subsidized health insurance after 3 months of employment, and management becomes eligible for our quarterly bonus plan after six months of continued employment. This can range between $1500- $4000 extra per year
