Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Implement effective conflict management strategies to resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment
- Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience in senior leadership positions with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executives and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, Oracle, or SAP
