Job Description:
I am looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Personal Assistant to support a busy tech entrepreneur. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively and dynamic environment and enjoys a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to light household management. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing multiple priorities with a positive attitude and a proactive approach. A work laptop will be available to perform tasks on.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and updating a Google calendar and tracking tasks in Notion to ensure the household runs smoothly.
- Participate in the care and companionship of a friendly dog, including occasional walks.
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness, including managing dishwasher duties as needed.
- Collaborate with household members to interface with vendors and manage appointments.
- Support the household by running errands such as grocery shopping, managing prescriptions, and other tasks as they arise.
- Help list items on eBay/Poshmark, organize household spaces, and declutter.
- Assist in arranging medical and personal appointments, making restaurant reservations, and handling occasional customer support calls.
- Support minor tech and maintenance tasks like recharging devices, replacing batteries, changing light bulbs, and refilling soap dispensers.
- Help with household chores such as laundry, sorting mail, mailing packages, watering plants, and other duties as needed.
- Conduct online research for products, travel itineraries, and various projects.
Qualifications:
- Flexible availability with a requirement to be onsite for 1+ hours daily during weekdays for a total of 10 hours per week.
- Must possess a reliable mode of transportation.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms like ChatGPT or similar technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for multitasking.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and capability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- Comfortable in a home with pets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- Must pass a criminal background check.
