Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
Job Description: The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate team members, as well as performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:-
Open/Close Office

Coordinate and schedule the retrieval of payments from Subcontractors, Employees, etc.

Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members and take messages as necessary

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document preparation

Maintain hard-copy filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible

Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained

Coordinate Festive Office Décor

Meet and greet visitors while providing a positive in-office experience

Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
-
Ensure a clean, organized office environment

Manage and coordinate scheduling of Conference Room(s)

Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:-
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, or communications is required

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred

Proficiency in Mocrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g. multi-line phone system, fax machine)

Excellent people skills, including awareness of confidentiality

Excellent organizational skills

Good telephone etiquette

Experience in multi-line telephone systems

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
