Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Provide a warm and professional welcome to members and guests upon arrival. Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Concierge Services: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations and assistance with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions.
Communications: Answer incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally. Relay messages and handle requests with a courteous and helpful demeanor.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including processing payments, maintaining guest records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations and uphold the club's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
· Flexibility in schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
