Our core service, the APC Follow-Up Program, is a proven system that provides dealerships with a second opportunity to sell sales and service customers F&I products after they have left the dealership.
General Summary:
The Information Security Analyst provides company-wide protection against cyberattacks and unauthorized access of networks, workstations, and systems. The Information Security Analyst provides will do this by anticipating attackers methods, implementing defenses against those methods, and investigating security breaches,
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze, investigate, remediate alerts and logs provided by SEIM solution.
- Create remediation plans and work with Infrastructure team to complete the remediations.
- Design, Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot technology related to Cybersecurity. (MFA, SEIM, Firewalls, email filtering, EDR, PAM, Security Awareness platformCreate and maintain updated documentation for all processes.
- Be available for requests during and outside of regular business hours.
- Assist the Cybersecurity Manager with technical tasks as requested. (auditing permissions of accounts, software updates, testing solutions, etc.)
- Improve existing processes, workflows, and systems
- At all times demonstrate professional responsible behavior
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Cybersecurity Manager.
About You - Experience:
- Experience in some kind of IT role (support, system admin, security)
- Experience working with security best practices.
Industry Certifications are a plus – CompTIA N+, CompTIA Security +, CEH
