Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and successfully assist customers in completing their sales enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone system in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with credit card transaction and payment processing via transfer of sales calls and successfully completing the customer enrollment process.
- Answer and manage a high volume of transferred inbound phone calls.
- Meet individual/ customer service team qualitative and quantitative targets and call handling quotas.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Follow communication scripts, procedures, guidelines and policies when interacting with customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Previous phone based customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Google Doc) and customer service software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
