We are looking to add a strong player to our team who can connect with customers over the phone, email and chat.

We're open Monday through Friday, so no weekends are required! We offer hybrid work arrangements, allowing representatives to work both on-site in our Conklin, NY headquarters and at home.
Requirements:
- Build relationships with your customers while answering phone calls and emails.
- WOW the customer with follow up calls, that tie up any loose ends.
- Grow sales with effective selling techniques
- Basic computer knowledge, including the ability to use email.
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Ability to deliver quality, detailed work on a consistent basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Salary: $17 /hr ($18/hr if bilingual) + ability to make a weekly bonus based on the number of calls handled.
