All In-Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will play a vital part in the accurate and efficient transfer of essential information from medical records into our electronic system. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data collection and transcribe information from various sources.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Generate reports and pivot tables using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Review and extract pertinent information from medical records, including patient demographics, medical history, diagnostic codes, treatment plans, and test results.
- Collaborate with the data entry team to meet daily and weekly processing targets.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues in the data to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
- 1 to 3 years of data entry experience and experience in an office setting environment
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
- Must be able to maintain access to DOD CAC for access to DOD IT systems.
- Excellent data entry skills (8,000 -12,000 KPH for alphanumeric data entry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
- Must be attentive to detail and experienced in medical data entry
