We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
- Respect and uphold the rights of clients and maintain their dignity
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with memory care clients, or in a nursing home setting or hospice is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a minimal supervision, self-starter
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
