Assistant Property Manager
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a fast paced boutique real estate firm to serve as a first point of contact. Position includes greeting all visitors, handling tenants’ requests, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, data entry, mail handling, scanning, photocopying, filing etc. Direct work with the property management team and ownership of the buildings. Ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and administrative /intern experience.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting with appointment scheduling and calendar maintenance.
Responsible to inventory and ordering supplies and equipment.
Responsible for efficient and timely reporting of all administrative files and report as well as perform light bookkeeping functions as necessary.
Assisting in maintenance requests, investigate and resolve customer's complaints.
Assisting with a phone system answering and maintaining log.
Responsible for data entry, mail handling, scanning, photocopying, filing etc
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience:
Required: One or Two years of administrative/intern experience.
Additional Skill:
Required: Strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Proffered: Knowledge and experience with Adobe, Outlook, QuickBooks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
