What you’ll be doing
- Assist the manager in entering purchase orders.
- Assist with inventory counts
- Reorder top-selling merchandise
- Work with vendors to rectify damaged merchandise/shorted items/back orders/improper pricing
- Read reports and make price changes as needed
- Assist customers with their needs in a friendly manner
- Completing sales transactions
Skills you’ll bring along
- Must be available to work on-site
- Read and comprehend instructions
- Attention to detail
- Amenable to working all areas of the gift shop based on business needs
- Vendor experience preferred
- Cash register experience preferred
- Previous experience a plus
