Position: Inbound Coordinator (Bilingual in English & Korean)
Job Brief:
We are currently seeking a detailed-oriented Inbound Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with managers and warehouse staff to complete various administrative and operational tasks. The responsibilities include reporting directly to managers, fulfilling managerial duties in their absence, and actively contributing to internal operations.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the inbound logistics process, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods into our warehouse. The Inbound Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipments, verifying inventory, and collaborating with various teams to maintain optimal supply chain operations.
Upon joining our company, your initial tasks will involve familiarizing yourself with internal operations, recording minutes during meetings, and preparing and filing relevant documents.
As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with team members to prepare and manage shipment plans, particularly focusing on inbound shipments.
Duties:
- Coordination of Inbound Shipments: Coordinate the arrival and reception of goods from suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Inventory Verification: Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify the accuracy of received shipments against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal departments, facilitating effective communication regarding shipment details, delays, or any other relevant information.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays in the inbound logistics process, working proactively with the teams to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance standards governing the receipt of goods, including customs requirements and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Korean is mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse, and transportation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges in the inbound logistics process.
- 0-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Inventory Control Software (e.g., Finale) – Preferred but not required.

- Pay: From $38,000 - $42,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
