Requirements:
· Understanding of deposit and loan documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Deposit or new accounts experience a plus.
· Loan experience a plus.
· Training experience
· Experience with imaging, document management and tracking a plus.
· Experience with nightly download files a plus.
· Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years of loan related banking experience.
· Preferably experience as a loan assistant, loan operations or mortgage processor.
Trainer Job Description:
- Conduct training for CoPilot, CoPilot Interfaces, and BankManager Elite Systems, FastApp & Workflow (new and supplemental trainings).
· Develop superior knowledge on products trained. CoPilot, CoPilot Interfaces, BankManager, FastApp & Workflow.
· Collaborate with Implementation manager and Module Builder to ensure timely progress/completion of the module.
· Call customer to discuss training logistics and schedule the training.
· Conduct training.
· Complete and share Post training checklists.
· Create and/or Revise Software manuals as needed when requested by the Training and Implementation Manager.
· Create Videos on various ABS products as needed when requested by the Training and Implementation Manager.
· Attend Training/Implementation Team Meetings.
· Attend Install Meetings
– Support Customer Care
· Tier 2 questions/issues they need help with.
· Module Builder – Assist Implementation Manager Building CoPilot Modules, Build CoPilot Modules, loans, and deposits.
