Double Diamond Companies is a national developer of exclusive golf and lake front properties. We are currently seeking a motivated Acquisition Manager to join our team. You will work in our Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas and report to the CEO. As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties for acquisition, negotiating purchase agreements, and coordinating property transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years real estate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate price and terms
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for acquisition
- Analyze property values and negotiate purchase agreements
- Coordinate and oversee property inspections and due diligence processes
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and attorneys to facilitate property transactions
- Manage and maintain a database of potential properties and leads
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and industry regulations
- Assist in the development of acquisition strategies and goals
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in real estate administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing documentation
- Familiarity with property management principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and completeness
